Frederick Yip

Dr Frederick Yip is a senior executive and board member of various organisations in Asia. He spends most of his time leading Goldjoy Group of companies focusing on its digital transformation and market expansion journey around the globe. Goldjoy Travel over the past 35 years is well known for its quality and innovative travel services specialising in unique and in-depth long-haul destinations, all of which were designed and delivered with first-class service in mind. He recently founded Cruqo, a Singapore based cruise technology company committed to delivering a digital-first online cruise booking platform tailored to the Asia cruise markets.

Dr Yip received his PhD in Software Engineering from University of New South Wales and has over 20 years of industrial experience in the technology and travel industry and has extensive consulting experience to many well-established organisations. Dr Yip is currently an advisory member of the Hong Kong Government Aviation Development and Three-runway System Advisory Committee, Advisory Committee on Cruise Industry, Hong Kong Hospital Authority’s Hospital Governing Committee and Silversea Cruises’s Global Advisory Board.
