Datuk Ng Kiat Min is the Group Managing Director of Suria Capital Holdings Berhad and Managing Director of Sabah Ports Sdn Bhd. She is a fellow member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and a Chartered Accountant registered with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). She is also a Chartered Fellow (FCIL T) of The Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport (CIL T), the highest level of recognition awarded by the institution.
One of the main figures behind the privatization exercise of Sabah's seaports in 2004, she has been instrumental in securing the port business for Suria Capital. As the Group Managing Director, she oversees the strategic planning for company growth and directs all business operations for the Group.
Under her leadership, Sabah Ports was conferred the 'Port/Terminal of the Year - South East Asia' award for two consecutive years in 2020 by the prestigious Global Port Forum, as well as the 'Corporate Excellence Award in the Logistics Sector for Port Management' at the ASEAN International Business Review (IBR) Awards 2025.
A respected industry leader, she sits as the Chair of the Sabah Logistics Forum, a private sector think tank dedicated towards improving the State's logistics and transport policies and is a member the Ministry of Transport's National Logistics Task Force. Among her notable accolades includes receiving a global award for "Woman of The Year in Port/Terminal Industry".
