Ng Yuying Jacqueline

Jacqueline Ng currently serves as Head of Special Projects at SATS-Creuers Cruise Services Pte. Ltd. (SCCS), where she leads strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and elevate the passenger experience at Marina Bay Cruise Centre Singapore. She has played a pivotal role in forging key partnerships with organizations across the Marina Bay Precinct, contributing to the centre’s vibrant and collaborative environment.

Before joining SCCS, Jacqueline was the Global Lead for Digital Transformation at Dyson, where she built a strong track record in successfully implementing global projects and driving process improvements. Earlier in her career, she held various leadership roles within the SATS Group, including SATS Food Solutions and Gateway Services. Jacqueline previously headed one of two Catering Operations units, and ensured the timely delivery of food catering services for Singapore Airlines. She had also established the Integrated Business Planning department, setting up essential procedures and governance frameworks for the supply chain team. Her expertise spans project management, supply chain management, change leadership, and stakeholder engagement. Jacqueline is known for her ability to build high-performing teams and foster collaboration, enabling smooth transitions and value creation in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

She holds a Master of Science in Supply Chain Planning from University College Dublin (UCD) and a Bachelor of Science from National University of Singapore (NUS).
