Michelle G. Taylan

Michelle Taylan began her career and earned her title as the CEO and President of Tongkeun Call Service Corporation in 2005 to offer English language for over 3,000 Korean and Chinese students through the Internet. She then founded Klik N Fly Travel and Tours in 2011, which has since grown to become a well-known travel agency in the Philippines, and most recently opened KliknFly Korea as the sister company in South Korea.

In her current role as the president of the Philippine Travel Agencies Association (PTAA), Michelle has spearheaded many collaboration work with different international and regional travel organisations, including the Federation of ASEAN Travel Association (FATA), ASEAN Tourism Association (ASEANTA), Malaysian Association of Tour and Travel Agents (MATTA) and Taiwan Visitors Association (TVA). In addition, she is the current secretary general of FATA.

She is also the chairperson of the PTAA Travel Tour Expo, the biggest travel fair in the Philippines. She and her team also took the initiative to uphold programmes that supported other travel agencies and businesses during the Covid-19 pandemic, and through her leadership PTAA successfully organised the first face-to-face travel expo in 2021 to bring back confidence in the travel sector.
